Step One

Step one is preparation of Site. We start with building a solid foundation.

Step two

Step two is the delivery of the home.

Step Three

Step three is getting the sections of the home on the foundation. There are different ways to accomplish this. This can be done by a crane or we can roll them on the foundation as shown here in the photo.

Step Four

Step four is to tilt up the roof as shown in the picture. We then close off exterior and interior of the home.

Step Five

Step five is to add site build add on's, such as garage, porch, entry cover, sidewalks, etc... We will now get a shape of how your future home will look like.

Final Step

The final step is completion of the house.
